The Vendor is required to provide information regarding the functionality and cost of AI driven Chatbots services that we can potentially implement on our public facing website(s) for citizen information discovery.
- Technology solution that can enable AI driven Chatbots functionalities on our website(s), with focus on the primary objectives:
• Questions and Answer: Services enabling citizens to ask questions in natural language, for a chatbot to understand the question and return relevant information or request for clarification, based on the contents of the website(s) and other knowledge bases fed into the platform.
• Services inventory: Help citizens find county services that are available, including identification of what can be completed online vs what must be completed in person, relevant contact and location information as appropriate.
• Chat Escalation: Options to escalate to an email or phone number, in the event a question cannot be answered (at this point we are not seeking services related to live-agent chat escalation).
• Critical Notification Pathway: services related to instant notifications if chat threads meet specific criteria (example, specific threats against the county or a person may trigger an email or SMS message to a defined person or group for immediate follow up).
• Guide Bot / Walk Through: Services related to “Show me how” functionality. An example may include, “How do I watch the Commissioner’s live stream meetings online” resulting in a virtual step-by-step walk through of the process.
• Chat Analytics: Transparency into chat dialogs, sentiment progression/analysis, success analysis, abandon rates, etc.
• Abuse monitoring: intelligent detection and response to abusive behaviors in the Chatbots, including inflammatory/derogatory language, cybersecurity probes, etc.
• Multiturn conversations: Enable citizens to seamlessly switch gears as they learn and/or get their questions answered, in a natural language capacity.
• Accessibility Compliance: All Chatbots functionality must conform to WCAG 2.2 AA Error Free, in accordance with Federal and State Regulations.
• Multilingual support: County has a diverse population base and the Chatbots should be adaptable to various languages spoken by our residents.
