The Vendor is required to provide to develop a professional digital platform that positions the Region as one of state leading locations for business expansion, investment, and market entry.
- Our focus is on attracting and supporting companies, both national and international, that seek to establish or expand operations within the region, with an emphasis on large-scale corporate projects and facilities.
- Project is to design, develop, and launch a high-quality investment attraction website that serves as agency primary marketing, communications, and business development platform.
- The website will be designed to engage international and country business leaders, corporate executives, investors, site selectors, and expansion teams who are evaluating opportunities in country.
- The core component of this project is the development of the website. Additional project components include search engine optimization (SEO) acceleration, the creation and production of one homepage video, and the development of some foundational branding assets that align with the website.
- Website Development
• Full website design and development, page architecture, content integration, responsive/mobile optimization, testing, deployment, and initial hosting setup.
• Development of all required graphic design elements associated with the website’s visual identity and user experience.
• Creation of supplemental custom graphics to support key content sections, including:
• Custom iconography
• Two to four regional or thematic maps (example available on the current landing page)
• Supporting infographics or visual data elements where appropriate.
• Approximately 80-90% of website content will be provided by agency. The vendor will be expected to create the remaining content to ensure consistency, readability, and marketing effectiveness. This remaining content will mostly be content that is general, can be sourced, and does not require subject matter expertise.
• Website content and messaging must be written and structured specifically for an international business audience, including corporate executives, investors, and expansion teams. While agency will provide most of the content, it is expected that the vendor will refine or enhance this content to optimize for SEO and AI where recommended.
