Website Performance Management Solution

The Vendor is required to provide website performance management solution for include:
• Implement software that provides tools and data to improve website accessibility, governance and quality assurance of peelregion.ca and sub-sites;
• Provide implementation and ongoing support for staff;
• Comply with the accessibility for act, the website must meet a minimum of WCAG 2.0 AA requirements.
• It is essential that the website and content is accessible and high quality to ensure excellent customer service.
- Accessibility requirements
• Support the maintenance of an inclusive and accessible online experience;
• Continuously monitor and resolve accessibility issues;
• Automatically scan peelregion.ca and sub-sites for compliance with at least WCAG 2.0 aa standards, including alt text, color contrast, headings, readability and pdfs (portable document format);
• Support evolving WCAG standards including WCAG 2.2 to ensure ongoing compliance;
• Include customizable accessibility targets and progress tracking dashboards.
- Quality assurance
• Improve user experience through high-quality, error-free content;
• Detect and assist in fixing broken links, spelling errors, and content inconsistencies
• Assess content readability and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Optimize site content for search engines through keyword analysis and webpage enhancements,
- Data and inventory
• Maintain a centralized inventory of all web pages, documents, and links; inventory
• Provide actionable insights into website traffic, user interactions, and engagement
• Enable reporting and dashboard capabilities for compliance and performance
• Support exportable reports.
