The Vendor is required to provide website refresh initiative to modernize its existing Drupal-based website and improve the overall digital experience for its users.
- Requirement:

• Information architecture improvements: revise and simplify navigation, taxonomy, and content structure to support intuitive user flows and improved discoverability.
• Migrate relevant existing content.
• Accessibility compliance: ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, including accessible templates, components, and content interaction patterns.
• Enhanced prospective student experience: develop seamless, usercentered pathways that support prospective students throughout their research, decision-making, and application journey.
• Integrated university and faculty storytelling: strengthen the alignment and amplification of institutional and facultylevel narratives.
• Flexible tools that enable faculties to highlight their unique stories while maintaining brand cohesion.
• Improved content editing and management: enhance CMS authoring experience through streamlined workflows, improved usability, and increased flexibility.
• New program pages and storytelling functionality: introduce new templates and modules for program pages and blog/story-driven content, enabling richer storytelling and improved engagement.
