The Vendor is required to provide senior service and UX designer for include:
• Lead and execute human-centred design activities to support agency digital services portfolio, including the partner portal and Microsoft dynamics 365– based platform, ensuring alignment with user needs, business objectives, and policy requirements.
• Plan and conduct user research and discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, usability testing, and analysis of user behaviour to inform service and product design decisions.
• Develop current and future state service models, including journey maps and service blueprints, to identify pain points, opportunities, and improvements across end-to-end service experiences.
• Translate business, user, and system requirements into design solutions, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for web-based and enterprise platforms, ensuring consistency across internal and external-facing digital services.
• Develop and maintain enterprise design systems, including component libraries, design standards, interaction patterns, and design tokens to support scalable and consistent user experiences.
• Apply accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2 AA) throughout the design lifecycle, including conducting accessibility reviews and ensuring compliance in all design outputs.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to align on problem definition, solution direction, and prioritization of design initiatives.
• Prepare production-ready design specifications and support implementation through developer handoff, design QA, and validation of delivered solutions against intended user experience.
