- Provide fully managed hosting, content delivery, security, and support services for Division public website(s) and associated content management system (CMS), covering both steady-state operations and emergency activations, including:
• Managed infrastructure for a non-public-facing CMS environment used for content authoring and staging, with a controlled promotion/replication workflow to production.
• Production web-serving capacity sized for normal daily traffic, with the demonstrated ability to scale elastically during activated emergencies.
• Content delivery network (CDN) services to offload static assets, imagery, and large file downloads from origin infrastructure.
• Security monitoring, DDoS mitigation, and managed firewall/WAF services.
• Backup, retention, and disaster recovery services
• 24x7x365 technical support and incident response
