The vendor is required to provide trash removal and disposal services for the department Stephenville location.
- All work by the vendor must be performed between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except on regularly observed state and federal holidays.
- Provide documentation certifying the customer’s covid-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the business.
- Department is committed to maintaining an alcohol and drug-free workplace; possession, use of, or being under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances by vendor’s employees while in the performance of any service is prohibited.
- If any employee of the vendor violates this date: January 2025 29 – 36 requirement, department may terminate the contract for cause, in addition to seeking any other available remedies.
- Vendor’s employees must comply with department policy prohibiting smoking in department buildings.
- Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to furnish the goods or perform the service(s) throughout the term of the contract.
- All employees of vendor must be a minimum of seventeen (17) years of age and experienced in the type of work to be performed.
- No visitors, wives, husbands, children, or other relatives of vendor’s employees will be allowed on state property during working hours, unless they are bona fide employees of the vendor.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
