Automotive Waste Removal Services

The vendor is required to provide to perform automotive waste removal services as per regularly scheduled pick-ups as well as supply and maintain parts cleaners as specified herein.
• All sinks must:
o Have brush attachment included
o Be ul or FM listed
o Have either 4 sturdy legs or a complete frame or a box under the sink that can support heavy items.
o A simple barrel under the sink will not be acceptable.
• Disposal of all waste categorized as hazardous must be disposed of according to all federal, state, county and local laws.
• All hazardous waste must be properly manifested.
• All services must be performed by the contractor awarded this contract.
• No portion of this bid may be sub-contracted.
• The awarded contractor may not assign this contract or subcontract to another party for performance of the terms and conditions herein.
• The contractor awarded this contract is required to provide material safety data sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals and chemical compounds included in this bid.
• Contractor must have the capacity and be permitted to accept, store and reclaim all spent solvents covered in this contract.
