Grant Writing Services

The Vendor is required to provide services for grant writing services.
- Research and monitor grant funding opportunities
• On behalf of the department, the consultant shall participate in funder sponsored calls, presentations, and review all grant promotional materials and history.
• For opportunities that are in development for extended periods of time, the consultant shall monitor funding and application details until they are solidified.
• The consultant shall advise the department, based on the grant management requirement of each proposal, whether the grant amount is commensurate to the required grant management.
- Applications materials include, but may not be limited, to: mission, history, organizational structure, budget, program description, review of program delivery methods, and statement of qualifications.
- Consultant shall be responsible for collecting and synthesizing department information and program concepts into a comprehensive and logical response to the grant application or request for proposals.
- Consultant shall monitor status of all applications/proposals submitted and update the department when the funder communicates any changes in status.
- The consultant shall also provide number of opportunities identified, number of applications submitted, amount of year-to-date funding awarded to the department, and calculate a return on investment.
- Provide the consultant access to information necessary for the successful preparation of an application/proposal such as organization structure, employee data, financial information and a list of prior and current grant funding.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
