The Vendor is required to provide grant writer final services for include:
• Research and identify new government, corporate, foundation, and private funding prospects that align with authority priorities.
• Develop high-quality proposals, narratives, applications, and supporting documents in response to solicitations, ensuring compliance with authority policies and funding agency guidelines.
• Generate revenue for authority programs through timely submission of well-researched, well written, and well-documented grant proposals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the CEO and COO
• Maintain primary responsibility for grant schedules and tracking of all grants.
• Serve as a liaison to funding agencies and organizations.
• Coordinate and follow up on the progress of submitted proposals.
• Develop and maintain a centralized master file of pending, awarded, and declined grants and contracts
• Stay current on issues and trends related to grant proposals and funding opportunities.
• Meet regularly with authority leadership and program staff to identify current and emerging funding needs
• Ensure familiarity with and adherence to authority and agency policies and procedures regarding grant management.
• Collect, analyze, and report program performance data required by funding agencies.
