Excellence Writer Services

The Vendor is required to provide certain services and materials related to writer services.
- Requirement:
•    Develop inductee biographies (long and short versions) for up to 10 new agency members. 
•    Include research on each inductee, interviews of each inductee, transcription of interviews, drafts of full biographies (around 1500 words), drafts of short biographies (around 200 characters) and all edits from agency and inductees.
o    Include editing and proofing of agency investiture program booklet and website 
o    Use CP style 
o    The province will provide copies of long and short biographies and speaking notes from previous years for reference 
o    Written biographies (deliverables) must reflect the tone and style previously written for the agency program.
•    Draft a master script for the full investiture ceremony and dinner
o    Include introductions to lieutenant governor for each inductee, along with directives and speaking notes for agency chair and master of ceremonies (MC).
•    Draft and implement a media and communication plan around the agency inductees and investiture ceremony
o    Plan should include media relations on the day of the investiture, and social media posts.
