The Vendor is required to provide support advisor contractor for on-call consulting and services related to various categories of grant writing.
- Meet with the Capital Program Planning team quarterly, or as needed, to get a full understanding of the agency federal grant development needs.
- Write, revise and edit drafts and obtain approvals by reviewing applications with the Capital Program Planning team and key stakeholders
- Gather application information, in collaboration with the Capital Program Planning team, by identifying sources of information, submission coordination, identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals
- Provide strong project management support, helping agency stakeholders and consultant resources to coordinate on gathering data, assigning tasks, identifying deadlines, writing and reviewing application drafts, and compiling grant application packages
- Provide strong quality control review of work products
- When relevant, review and provide feedback on draft applications developed by the Capital Program Planning team
