Research, Manuscript Writing, Editing, Design Layout, and Print Production Files Services

The vendor is required to provide research, manuscript writing, copyediting, design, and layout, for a press quality coffee table book publication (print and digital formats).
- The renovation, called the capitol accessibility, maintenance, and safety (cams) project is scheduled for completion in late 2026.
- Contractor will produce an approximately 80-100 page, 11” x 11” coffee table book designed for a general audience.
- Requirement:
•    Research and content outline development
•    Consultation and engagement with indigenous peoples regarding regional history
•    Manuscript writing
•    Preliminary and advanced copyediting
•    Formatting, typesetting, and layout
•    Creation and integration of illustrations, graphics, and photography
•    Cover and interior design
•    Preparation of print-ready and digital production files
•    Coordination with print production contractor
•    Project management and coordination with office staff.
