The Vendor is required to provide research, writing, and editorial services to identify qualified nonfiction authors, as well as book designers, that may be interested in updating the office’s history, previously published in 2007.
- Writing new content:
• An author to write an update of auditor history from 2007 until present day while streamlining the writing of the previous edition to ensure a neutral, factual tone.
• The author will also conduct interviews, including with key individuals from the troy Kelly and pat administrations, for the purposes of completing the project.
• We anticipate no more than 5-7 interviews.
• The author can expect the final typeset material to be about 20 pages (roughly 25% of the new edition’s published length).
- Formatting the 2026 publication for printing:
• A skilled book designer to lay out the rewritten and newly drafted text, in addition to photos we provide.
• All design files will be packaged and delivered to auditor upon project completion.
