Fairness Auditor Advisory Services

The vendor is required to provide a fairness auditor and a back-up for the two positions include:
•Demonstrate that the individual is of high recognition, impeccable integrity, great interpersonal skills, empathy and sound judgement.
• Provide the individuals qualifications and relevant experience to this Project with tangible examples (years of experience, number of projects, who they forked for).
• Explain how their qualification and experience are relevant to meet the needs of the Province for this Project.
• Knowledge and experience with public and private transaction and procurement processes and issues (technical expertise would not be required);
• Substantial understanding of and experience in the private sector business environment;
• Knowledge and experience with dealing with public organizations; and
• Ability to communicate with the media.
- For Fairness Auditor and back up, attach a one (1) page resume that describes their discipline, professional credentials, affiliations, and experience in a similar role as the one proposed for this project.
- The Fairness Auditor cannot be replaced by a backup Fairness Auditor during the Contract term, except in emergencies and only with the Province's written permission.
- A “value based selection” process will be employed for this procurement; this means that the successful proponent will be the proposal offers best value, taking into consideration qualifications, price and past performance.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
