Eligibility Audit for Medical Plan Services

The vendor is required to provide finance and human resources staff, as well as USI insurance services, to carry out a dependent audit for the medical plan starting in November 2025.
- County is looking to eliminate unnecessary costs to the county benefit plans by performing a dependent eligibility audit
- County is looking for a partner that will take on the bulk of the work (communications and data collection, reporting, etc.), minimizing the time and effort required from the small but mighty county staff.
- The contractor will develop a project timetable and workplan and is expected to keep the county’s designated project manager(s) informed of the status of the project on a regular basis
- The contractor shall coordinate and schedule any work that may impact chosen location hours or property permissions with the county’s designated project manager.
