The vendor required to provide building condition assessments and energy audit will include a thorough analysis of the building’s energy consumption patterns, identification of energy conservation opportunities, and preliminary economic analysis of recommended measures.

• Building structure
• Roof structure and related systems
• Building exterior and envelope
• Site grounds
• Building interior elements
• Mechanical systems
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing and drainage systems
• Fire and life safety systems
• Building code compliance
- Key assessment:
• Code adherence: ensure that all building components and systems comply with the current national building code of country 2020 and other applicable local regulations.
• Health and safety of occupants: evaluate the building systems and components to identify any potential hazards that could affect the health and safety of the occupants, such as structural integrity, fire safety, and life safety systems.
• Energy efficiency: assess energy conservation opportunities through use of level 2 energy audit criteria and provide actionable insights for improving energy efficiency, reducing operating costs, and supporting sustainable building operations.
• Physical condition review: the assessment will focus on the visible and accessible components of the building, identifying physical deficiencies related to structural elements, roof systems, building exterior, and interior finishes and the facilities grounds.
• System condition review: a visual evaluation of the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire and life safety systems to determine their physical condition, and remaining lifespan.
• Testing may be conducted for critical systems where available information and resources are not sufficient to evaluate their condition.
• Building accessibility review: an assessment of building accessibility to customers and employees (with regards to approach and entry by persons with physical or sensory disability).
