- Real property appraiser – sample duties
• Review project plans and specifications before submitting a timely (5 working days) as-needed quote and schedule for real property appraisal services and related duties.
• Review engineer or surveyor prepared exhibits, such as plats and legal descriptions denoting existing easements and temporary construction easements and proposed easements for real property appraisal services and related duties.
• Perform field visits to locations of subject real properties to identify existing site features for evaluation of value.
• Attend meetings with city staff, as necessary.
• Any other work required to provide a real property appraisal, including services under the threat of eminent domain for various capital improvement projects, on an as-needed basis.
