Audio Recording and Video Display System

The Vendor is required to provide Integrated Audio-Video Systems and Equipment as part of the Work.
- Provide materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary for a fully working, tested, and calibrated system. Supply accessories and minor equipment items (such as, but not limited to, power strips, adapters, connectors, mounting hardware, etc.) needed for a complete system.
- A DVD player and Document Camera will be installed between the attorney tables.
- New microphones will be installed in the ceiling to ensure that everyone in the courtroom can be heard on recordings or video conferencing calls.
- Final tests and adjustments, written report, and documentation
- Verification of dimensions and conditions at the job site.
- Supply accessories and minor equipment items (such as, but not limited to, power strips, adapters, connectors, mounting hardware, etc.) needed for a complete system.
