The vendor is required to provide outline your firm’s investment management philosophy and strategies employed for adding value to portfolios.
- Investment approach
• The type of securities you propose to purchase, and how you will provide liquidity.
• Explain how investment decisions are implemented, monitored and evaluated.
• Provide the firms intermediate-term investment (1-3 years) performance for the most recent five (5) years.
• Outline the daily procedures for portfolio review and client contact.
• Outline your process to monitor investment policy compliance.
• Outline reporting capabilities.
• Discuss which performance benchmarks you would suggest for the city’s portfolio given the current
investment policy.
- Performance reporting
• Process for providing performance measurement reports to suit the needs of the city.
• Frequently do you plan to provide investment performance measurement report to the city.
• The performance attribution analysis services you could provide.
• Provides a sample copies of portfolio reports that would be provided to the city.
