The vendor is required to provide 24-hour telephone answering service to the emergency phones located in elevators in all senior citizen complexes under our care.
- Provide after-hour telephone service to all family and senior citizen units under agency care.
- Time frame
• 4:30pm until 8:30am Monday thru Friday.
• 24 Hour weekend emergency telephone answering service beginning 4:30 pm Friday and ending
8:30 am Monday.
• 24 hour telephone emergency answering service for all holidays (13 ½)
• 12:00pm to 1:00pm - Mon-Fri for the inverness and county offices
- Service to include:
• Afterhours office telephone coverage including weekends and all holidays.
• Taking and relaying messages.
• Contacting appropriate maintenance personnel or service contractors.
• Immediate attention to calls.
• Coverage is for all agency units under our care located within state.
