The Vendor is required to provide for a caller name optimization (CNO) solution that helps enterprises monitor the use of their brand across the telecom ecosystem, protect their reputation, and deliver trusted call experiences to connect and engage with customers.
- Enterprises designate verified business numbers for all of their outbound calling through the CNO service.
- This process ensures that calls are not inadvertently blocked or marked as spam at the top wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile), smaller wireless carrier affiliates/brands, the majority of landline carriers, and key mobile apps.
- Through a centralized online portal, enterprises ensure the correct calling number is displayed across landline devices and verify that the correct name is assigned to each telephone number for outbound landline calls.
- Caller Name Management – Register the name displayed for commission on landline phones across a minimum of eight hundred and fifty (850) service providers by Standardized “Calling Name” up to fifteen (15) character name.
- On-demand Name Changes – Reflected within fifteen (15) minutes.
- Do-Not-Originate (DNO) – To deter spoofers from abusing commission brand, designate verified in-bound only business numbers.
