Capacity to Deliver 24 7 Crisis Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide the ability of organizations to provide 24/7 psychiatric technical assistance and crisis support services in the state.
- Provide information on existing infrastructure and organizations’ abilities to provide comprehensive training and on-demand technical assistance to assist the developmental disabilities provider network in supporting people with complex needs and crisis response.
- Ability for people with complex support needs to remain in their local communities, leverage natural support, and receive adequate services and resources to meet their needs.
- Services Provided 
•    Provide processes that your organization utilizes to ensure 24/7 availability. 
•    Provide a detailed description of your experience utilizing telehealth or virtual support services to engage individuals. 
•    Services, if any, are available through telehealth and which virtual format is used.  
•    Services, if any, are available if there is no internet access.  
•    Process for debrief, referral, and warm handoff services.
