- Superior telephone and internet report intake technology and qualified staff available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to receive named and anonymous callers through a dedicated toll-free number.
- Also be able to provide a web-based reporting tool that allows individuals to submit reports anonymously online.
- Telephonic and online reporting intake should allow for institute employees, institute grant recipients, and the public to report allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse by responding to the same critical questions to capture reported issues systematically.
- The capability to conduct customized interviews of individuals reporting fraud, waste, or abuse based on institute scripting requirements, to disseminate regular reports via email to designated recipients at institute, and escalate notification of reported fraud, waste, and abuse to appropriate institute personnel according to institute instructions.
