After Hours Answering Service

Department needs after hours call service throughout the 2027 fiscal year. Expectations are for the service to answer calls and dispatching requests to on-call crew between the hours of 5:00pm - 8:00am Monday though Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, as well as all government holidays. Ability to determine what needs to be dispatched out immediately vs forwarded to the Utility Billing Dept the following business day. Also provide a daily call log and disposition at 8 am every morning for the calls from the day before.
