The vendor is required to provide bureau of radiation control (BRC) has an ongoing need to establish a contract for janitorial services to clean the offices of the BRC.
- Requirements:
• Provide and maintain all necessary staff to meet the needs of the contract.
• All employees shall be required to have undergone the following screenings before they are eligible to work as a part of this contract:
o Screen all employees for illegal drug usage and determine employee integrity prior to employment and assignment under this contract.
• Provide all workers with an identification badge including their name, the company’s name and a recent photo.
• Perform all cleaning services on Mondays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the above-mentioned location. scheduling of work hours shall be coordinated with the assistant bureau chief (ABC) or bureau chief (BC).
• Provide all necessary cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
• Provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies including at a minimum of the following:

o Accessories.
o Towels.
o Rags.
o Brushes.
o Carpet cleaner.
o Brooms.
o Hoses.
o Buckets.
o Hand soap to refill soap dispensers. • Provide transportation for staff to and from contractor facility to the work location.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and semi-annual services as outlined under section four (4), tasks.
• Provide a current and valid certificate of liability insurance (COI) prior to commencement of the contract and yearly throughout the term of the contract.
• Provide a working supervisor or lead to supervise staff and perform described janitorial services.
- Tasks
• Weekly services shall be done twice a week (Monday and Thursday weekly)
o Empty all trash cans and transport to the approved main garbage area located on the northwest side of the building.
o Replace trash can liners.
o Vacuum all floor mats.
o Wipe down conference tables.
o Sweep all the warehouse space. a. Items on the floor shall be moved aside to sweep under the area. item shall be put back in original space once swept clean.
o Clean sinks.
o Contractor shall replenish supplies in designated areas using the following department provided supplies:
a. Toilet paper.
b. Paper towels.
c. Air freshener. o Clean countertops.
o Clean mirrors.
o Clean inside and outside of the microwave oven.
• Monthly
o Wipe down trash and recycle containers.
o Wipe down chairs, desks and other furniture.
o Dust mop and damp mop all office space.
o Dust baseboards.
o Spot clean doors and door frames.
o Clean windows and window ledges.
o Wipe clean interior glass.
o Clean and scrub toilet seats, bowls, and rim to include seat hinges and floor bolts.
o Wipe down the cabinetry and handles.
o Remove visible cobwebs throughout the building. • Quarterly
o Dust and vacuum the heating, ventilation and air condition (HVAC) register outlets and inlets where the registers flush with the ceiling or walls and wipe down the ceiling or wall surfaces within one (1) foot of the registers.
o Wipe down or dust window coverings.
o Remove any heavy stains in office area floors.
o Clean and sanitize the inside and outside of the trash and recycle cans.
o Vacuum behind equipment, desks, computers, and edges with a vacuum wand accessary tool.
o Clean warehouse walls to remove dust from floor to ceiling. • Semi annually
o Deep carpet cleaning, which consists of removal of:
a. Dirt.
b. Stains.
c. Allergens.
d. Deep-seated grime by vacuuming.
e. Steaming and shampooing cleaning process.
