Insured cleaning companies to provide regular, ongoing cleaning services at City Hall.
- Requested services include:
• Dusting and cleaning accessible horizontal surfaces, including windowsills, ledges, trim, and baseboards.
• Cleaning doors, doorframes, handles, light switches, and other frequently touched surfaces.
• Removing cobwebs and dust from accessible corners, vents, and fixtures.
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs, including edges and accessible areas beneath furniture.
• Sweeping and mopping hard-surface floors with products appropriate for each surface.
• Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restroom fixtures, partitions, counters, mirrors, and floors.
• Cleaning break-room counters, sinks, and appliance exteriors.
• Cleaning interior glass, entry-door glass, and designated windows.
