The Vendor is required to provide full services partnership level 1 intensive case management services.
- Ability to provide and administer housing services.
- Program location and facility support the program objectives and is appropriate for the client population served.
- Location is in proximity to public transportation and other services that would be of benefit to the client population served, is operationally efficient and demonstrates sustainability efforts.
- Staffing and framework including firm’s management, proposed staffing and resources are designed to support and achieve
- Fiscal stability, accounting system. Contract compliance, litigation, and any risk to the County.
- The procedures the Offeror shall use to accept referrals via the Single Point of Access (SPOA), complete warm handoffs, and coordinate with referring entities.
- Providing short-term and transitional housing to clients, which may include independent living homes, recovery residence settings, hotels or motels, and/or emergency shelters.
- Provide a Human Resource Plan that includes how Offeror shall recruit, hire, and retain bilingual and culturally diverse staff, and shall provide an updated Human Resource Plan when any substantive changes have been made.
