The vendor is required to provide rodent capturing services, data collection and reporting services to who can deploy, monitor, and service 50 rodent capture, data collection and monitoring systems.

- Functions of the devices
• Trap, exterminate and store captured rodents
• Avoid using rodenticides or other toxins
• Collect real-time data that is sent wirelessly to a monitoring dashboard
• No direct electricity source required
- Data collection and reporting
• Real-time (24/7 monitoring), updated instantaneously
• Must provide city staff with accessible user dashboard and 24/7 capture reporting system
• Capture data collected on a user dashboard for staff access
• Heatmaps, spreadsheets and other requested formats must be exportable
• Weekly reports to city staff on capture data
- Servicing of devices
• Technicians must routinely service the boxes, remove any rodents in or around the device, and dispose of captured rodents post-mortem off-site
• Must respond within three (3) business days of a reported capture
• Provide consultation on best-practices using devices.
