Data Collection and Analysis Services

The Vendor is required to provide availability study is to identify vendors who meet the city contract and procurement needs, ensure vendors possess the skills, expertise, and resources required to deliver services or products, confirm vendors’ capacity to accommodate the scale and volume of the city’s needs, optimize costs, and ensure compliance.
- Early Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement:
•    Collaborate with community engagement vendor to conduct pre-data assessment meetings with stakeholders to identify data gaps and challenges early in the process.
•    Discuss data needs and expectations, ensuring alignment and establishing a clear strategy for addressing gaps.
•    Conduct a custom, self-reporting census survey. 
- Comprehensive Data Collection Strategies:
•    Use external sources to supplement missing data.
- Cross-Referencing Data Sources:
•    Combine data from certifications, public agency records, commercial databases, and supplemental private directories to fill gaps and enhance data completeness.
- Data Cleaning and Validation:
•    Utilize tools for data cleaning, validation, and cross-checking to ensure accuracy and consistency.
•    Address inconsistencies or duplicates through systematic data validation processes.
- Project Manager:
•    Communicate proactively and cooperate flexibly with City staff.
•    Create and manage a detailed project plan and schedule.
•    Communicate progress or lack.
•    Collaborate with other contractors and City project staff.
•    Serve as liaison between City and Contractor resources.
•    Serve as liaison with City departments.
•    Initiate quality assurance processes to monitor the project.
•    Identify and manage issues and risks.
•    Serve as a point of escalation for project issues.
•    Manage the deliverables acceptance process.
•    Provide routine communications with the City project coordinator.
