- Ability to provide FM data collection services:
1. Volume
• Annual number, value and percent change of contracts in state per year;
• Annual number, value and percent change of contracts nationally per year;
2. Revenues
• Annual revenue totals and percent change per year;
3. Bonding
• Total bonding capacity; and
• Available bonding capacity and current backlog.
- FM data collection team
• Provide resumes of the respondent’s team that will be directly involved in the projects, including their experience with similar projects, the number of years with the firm, the city of residence of each such person, and all licenses held with expiration dates.
• Include as applicable principal-in-charge, project managers, and technicians.
• Provide a statement on the availability and commitment of the respondent, its principal(s) and assigned professionals to undertake university projects should your firm be awarded a contract.
• Unique qualifications as they pertain to FM data collection for capital construction projects.
