Traffic Data Collection Services

The Vendor is required to provide on-call traffic data collection, including, but not limited to, multimodal traffic volume, speed, classification, turning movements, queue lengths, and video collection and processing.
- Provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, temporary facilities, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for performance, testing, start up, and completion of the services
- Volume/Speed/Class:
•    Exact count location
•    Date and time of count
•    Displayed in fifteen-minute intervals by direction
•    Displayed in fifteen-minute intervals by combined directions
•    Peak hour factors for each direction
•    50th, 85th, 95th percentile speed by direction and combined
•    Agency vehicle classifications and & heavy vehicle by direction
- Turning Movement Counts:
•    Exact count location
•    Date and time of count
•    Vehicles, bicyclists, and pedestrians (on roadway and in crosswalk by direction)
•    Displayed in fifteen-minute intervals by interval and movement
•    Peak hour volumes and total by interval and movement
•    Peak hour factors for each direction
•    Intersection diagrams with North clearly indicated
- Video Collection and Processing
•    Video collection for analysis including, but not limited to:
o    Curbside use
o    Bicycle helmet use
o    Conflict analysis
•    Levels of processing and analysis will be defined in each task order.
