Collections Agency Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional collection agency(s) to provide debt recovery services for delinquent student accounts, including tuition, fees, student loans, and miscellaneous campus charges.
- Agency(s) must demonstrate a “student-centric” approach that prioritizes financial education and retention while effectively recovering university assets.
- The extent it involves medical debt, the selected agency(s) must demonstrate an approach that respects the university’s mission to provide healthcare to state.
- Use of collection agency services and to identify future collection agency providers.
- Unique collection needs because its “debtors” are also its students and alumni.
- Balances the need to recover revenue with the need to maintain enrollment numbers and donor relationships.
- Unique collection need because it provides medical care and training as key aspects of its core missions and such patients must be treated with respect.
