Professional Research Data Collection Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional research data collection services for include:
- Experienced interviewers
• Conducting in-person intercept surveys,
• Selecting a representative sample of participants in a non-biased manner,
• Administering research questionnaires that includes skip pattern, ranking, scaling, multiple choice, and open-ended questions,
• Interpreting participant answers and probing for accurate and detailed responses,
• Utilizing electronic devices for survey data collection,
• The board with resumes for each interviewer, demonstrating their qualifications and abilities to meet or exceed the criteria for the position.
• Should the need arise to replace an interviewer, the board shall be notified and presented with a resume of the new interviewer.
• The board reserves the right to request additional references or proof of experience as needed.
- Bilingual interviewers
• Interviewers who are fluent in Spanish, mandarin Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, and Arabic.
• Bilingual interviewers shall also be fluent in English.
• Language requirements, each bilingual interviewer
• Resumes for each interviewer, demonstrating their qualifications and abilities to meet or exceed the criteria for the position.
- Supervision
• Attending training sessions for each new project and assisting board staff in training additional interviewers on an as-needed basis,
• Monitoring interviewers and reinforcing study objectives throughout the project,
• Developing interviewer schedules and ensuring coverage of shifts to meet sample plan requirements,
• Monitoring quotas and managing timelines for each project,
• Responding to inquiries and requests from board staff related to on-going or up-coming projects in a timely manner,
• Supervising new interviewers onsite in the field until they are fully trained,
• Managing data collection tools and trouble-shooting software and technology issues,
• Providing same-day, data quality and data collection updates following the soft launch of each open study,
• Weekly and monthly data quality and data collection reports on all open studies,
• Activity log to support hours invoiced.
