Collection Agency Services

The Vendor is required to provide extended collection services for department, all monies collected must be in the name.
- Accounts must be monitored and maintained between the Contractor and department. The Contractor must inform department pertaining to payments, address changes, and limited other information. Contractor must inform department contract manager by email.
- Responsible for any and all costs of the preparation for an audit of such books and records.
