Print Management Services

The vendor is required to provide that print management services for all schools and offices within the district.
- Comprises twenty-four schools with a population of approximately 20,000 students.
- Enterprise printers, preferably HP E-series devices, for each location given the following performance the solution will integrate with the current staff and student directory for secure printing.
- Secure printing is defined as a feature that enables users to print confidential documents securely. users send requests to a printer, but the job will not be printed until the user enters a unique code or password at the printer's control panel via the secure.
- Providing managed print services at our schools and District offices.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
