The vendor is required to provide for procuring printing and mailing services for a 36-page, 6” x 9” full-color season announcement direct mailer to be provided by the town upon award.
- Agency will design and distribute a 36-page, 6” x 9”, full-color direct mail piece to promote its 2025–2026 season.
- The mailing will reach:
• Current ticket buyers from agency ticketing database (csv file to be provided by agency at time of award)
• New residents fitting specific demographic and geographic criteria within a targeted list of 25 top-selling zip codes with an emphasis on areas of significant residential growth and development including but not limited to the zip codes of 80108, 80124, and 80134. (Provide recommendation on area zip codes with highest residential growth.)
- Printing services
• Format: 6” x 9” booklet, 36 pages including cover
• Printing: full color (4/4), offset or high-quality digital press
• Paper stock: 80# gloss book
• Quantity:
o Mailing: estimated between 60,000–75,000 (final count based on complete mailing lists)
o Overrun: agency would like 5,000 brochures delivered to the pace center no later than July 23, 2025
• Binding: saddle-stitched
• Finishing: trimmed to size; layout to include postal address panel

o List a: to be provided by agency (existing patrons)
o List b: to be sourced by vendor (list research and consultation), including reviewing current patron demographics and creating a targeted profile and recommendation on where to mail, zip codes to include and split to maximize mailing; please use the following demographic and geographic criteria:
▪ Adults aged 35–54 (primary) and adults 55+ (secondary)
▪ Average household income of $110,000 or more
▪ Children living at home
▪ Residents within specified zip codes (list of top 25 ticket purchase zip codes to be provided) with an emphasis on areas of significant recent and current residential development including but not limited to
the zip codes of 80108, 80124, and 80134 (vendor to provide further recommendation)
• Addressing: inkjet or laser + tab
• Mailing class: USPS standard or first-class (to be determined)
• Postage: vendor to manage postage logistics and provide estimates
• List processing: NCOA (national change of address), CASS certification, and deduping required
• Please include any other costs associated with mailing (consultation, meetings, etc.)
• In-home delivery deadline: no later July 23, 2025
