GIS Infrastructure Technology Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide multi-year, infrastructural and operational support covering various aspects of our existing geographic information system (GIS) environment.
- Infrastructural and operational support covering various aspects of our existing geographic information system (GIS) environment; lands maintains an on premise ArcGIS enterprise infrastructure with an FME- centric data management solution that includes FME flow (server).
- We seek vendors having a pool of subject matter experts (SMES) for agency enterprise and related add-on products as well as safe software desktop and server products; these same should also possess industry expertise relative to oil & gas exploration & production and land administration; the primary goals for these services include;
• Advisory services on strategic architecture decisions (1-2 times per year)
• Performance of regular infrastructure maintenance activities (1-2 days per month)
• Assistance with infrastructure troubleshooting (as needed) and
• Assistance with custom development and data maintenance automation (as needed) the vendor will have active partnerships with county and safe software and existing staff having current infrastructure support experience with the latest enterprise and desktop applications from both product lines.
