The Vendor is required to provide tax map and geographic information system (GIS) for include:
• Provide general tax map and GIS base map maintenance, including but not limited to filed plans, deeds, easements, subdivisions, and lot consolidations.
• Provide advice and assistance regarding metes and bounds, including the review and plotting of deeds, as requested.
• Conduct additional research as requested by the city.
• Perform research into outstanding or historical tax map issues, as needed.
• Implement, at a minimum, a weekly cyclic integration of mod iv tax assessment data with updated digital GIS parcels.
• A monthly comparison report must be generated to identify discrepancies between the tax assessor’s records and the tax map.
• Provide updated tax maps to the county board of taxation, as required.
• Attend meetings with the city tax assessor and other city officials, as needed.
• Maintain and update current aerial and flyover mapping data.
• Perform other related services as required by the city.
