Executive Search Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide executive search consulting services for the recruitment and assistance of the selection of an appropriate candidate for the position of town manager.
- Prepare, in consultation with the town council, a plan for the search, recruitment and selection of a candidate for the position of Town Manager for the town.  
- Work with council and other key employees of the town to provide an accurate description of all services and departments within the town.
