The Vendor is required to provide to maintain an agile, inclusive, and responsive recruitment process aligned with countywide hiring initiatives.
- Furnish bi-weekly progress reports to the County ensuring timely updates, with additional status check-ins as requested to support an agile and responsive recruitment process. On-site meetings may be required to review progress and adjust strategies.
- Provide timely and effective candidate sourcing support to meet the County’s operational needs, including specialized recruitment services in targeted sectors such as behavioral health, healthcare, information technology (IT), and public safety.
- Facilitate engagement of small, local, and minority-owned recruitment firms, and support local economic development and small business excellence.
- Ensure recruitment excellence in sector-specific areas such as behavioral health, healthcare, IT, and public safety.
- Compile search documentation and produce a comprehensive final written summary. This summary shall include all work performed and outreach taken related to the development, execution and completion of the search, including efforts to broaden candidate diversity, engage sector-specific talent pools, and incorporate feedback from County stakeholders.
- Perform a review of the position brochure provided by the County and provide any input/recommendations, with attention to market competitiveness, equity considerations, and alignment with County initiatives and sector-specific expectations.
- Distribute the recruitment announcement to both paid and unpaid placements and both broad and individualized outreach to garner a pool of qualified candidates, including targeted outreach to small, local, and minority-owned networks where applicable
- Convene stakeholders identified by the County for the initial screening of applications to recommend candidates to be interviewed.
- Contact candidates and schedule first-round interviews with County-selected panel members and candidates, providing clear communication and maintaining responsiveness throughout scheduling.
