- Full-time staff recruitment (on-site only, some remote but not 100%)
• The recruitment firm will be responsible for identifying and presenting qualified candidates for permanent employment opportunities with agency.
• These resources will be evaluated by the hiring it division, and upon selection, the candidate will be hired directly by agency as a full-time, permanent employee.
• All selected candidates must complete the agency human resources onboarding process prior to beginning employment.
- Consulting and6 contract staffing services (may be remote, hybrid, or on-site)
• The recruitment firm will provide qualified professional consultants to support agency on a temporary basis.
• These consultants will be contracted through the recruitment firm and will not be considered agency employees.
• The firm is responsible for sourcing, vetting, and presenting candidates who meet the specified qualifications and experience requirements.
• Consultants will work under the direction of agency staff and may be engaged for short-term or long-term assignments, depending on project needs.
• All consultants must comply with agency policies and procedures, including any required background checks and onboarding protocols.
