The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support the personal and professional well-being of its employees.
- Services shall be delivered in a confidential, timely, and professional manner and shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that delivers confidential counseling, referral, and training services to assist employees in addressing personal and workplace challenges that may affect job performance and overall wellness.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide confidential, short-term counseling services using licensed or credentialed professionals.
• Offer multiple service access modalities, including telephonic, virtual, and/or in-person options, as applicable.
• Maintain a comprehensive referral network for behavioral health, substance use, financial, legal, and other supportive services.
• Provide crisis intervention and critical incident response services when required.
• Deliver a designated allotment of employee training and development services annually on agreed-upon topics.
• Provide consultation services to supervisors and management, consistent with confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure secure, confidential handling of all EAP records and information.
• Provide aggregate, non-identifying utilization and performance reports to agency.
• Designate a primary point of contact for contract management and coordination.
