The vendor is required to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services for shredding services including the removal of confidential documents for its offices across the state.
- Requirements
• Pick-ups will be on an on call, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on the requirements of the individual office as detailed in the pricing form c.3.
• Service must take place between agency office hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm excluding holidays
• Documents are to be picked up at various locations of the state.
• It is the intent that destroyed documents will be recycled.
• Agency may request supplementary services for delivery and pick-up of secure boxes for onetime use at any above agency location.
