The Vendor is required to provide secure shredding services to ensure proper disposal of confidential and sensitive documents in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations.
- Provide all necessary equipment, and services to support secure document destruction:
1. Equipment
• 20 Locking Cabinets: Secure, stationary cabinets placed throughout agency for daily document collection. (These will be placed by agency staff)
• 20 Mobile Bins (95-Gallon, Locking, on Wheels): Heavy-duty bins for bulk collection and transport of materials for shredding.
2. Services
• Monthly Pickups: Vendor shall perform one (1) scheduled pickup per month from one designated dock area.
• Secure Transport & Destruction: All materials shall be securely collected, transported, and destroyed in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable federal and state regulations.
