The Vendor is required to provide secure onsite document shredding services at approximately four quarterly public events per year held on Saturdays at the city.
- Onsite Shredding for City Events
• Must provide three trucks from 8:30 a.m. To 2:30 p.m. On the scheduled Saturdays.
• Each truck must have the ability to shred documents onsite.
• Each truck must hold a minimum of 8,000 pounds of paper.
• All vendor vehicles must be clearly marked with the company's logo and/or name, and must be maintained in good and clean condition at all times.
• Services would be required on the following dates for 2026, all future dates will be determined on an annual basis:
o May 16, 2026
o August 8, 2026
o November 7, 2026
- Personnel
• Must have one staff member per truck for the duration of the public event.
• Staff must be identified by clothing/uniform, company name, and logo.
• Staff must have proper training and experience operating large shredding trucks.
- Recycling
• Paper collected and shredded must be properly recycled at a permitted recycling facility.
• Must provide a weight ticket and a certificate of destruction within 15 days after document shredding event.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
