The vendor required to provide shredding services for include:
• Contractors to shred documents, ballots and other items on an as required basis.
• Shredding will need to be conducted either on division property with a division employee witness or off-site at the successful contractor’s property of division approval.
• Shredding may be required to be picked up or shredded on site at our designated schools. in certain circumstances, shredding may be delivered and destruction witnessed by division staff at the successful proposer’s site.
• Shredding is packaged in a standard sized banker’s box or paper box and will be labelled clearly for shredding.
• The successful proposer will maintain that all personal information must be handled with care and in compliance with applicable privacy legislation (provincial).
• Provide a certificate of destruction, upon completion of each shredding service. provide documentation or certifications.
