The vendor is required to provide medical education program or fellowship seeking financial support up to $50,000.00 for recruitment, retention, quality improvement, continuation of current GME programs, and innovation and planning for future graduate medical education (GME) initiatives.

• Resident milestone achievement (semi-annual review).
• Competency in the six ACGME core competencies:
o Patient care
o Medical knowledge
o Practice-based learning and improvement
o Interpersonal and communication skills
o Professionalism
o Systems-based practice
2. Operational metrics
• Resident and fellow recruitment match rates.
• Retention and graduation rates.
• Faculty-to-resident ratio and availability.
• Timeliness and quality of evaluations.
• Compliance with duty hour rules.
3. Institutional requirements
• Faculty development activities tracked and evaluated.
• Adequate clinical learning environment (CLER focus areas).
• Support services: wellness, diversity and inclusion, remediation support.
4. Continuous quality improvement (CQI)
• Use of resident and faculty feedback for curricular changes.
• Action plans based on pec findings.
• Tracking improvements over time.

• Number of residents enrolled by specialty
• Demographics (e.g., gender, race and ethnicity if required)
• Level of training (pgy-1, pgy-2, etc.)
• Residency start and completion dates
2. Training activities
• Rotations and clinical training sites

• Duty hours compliance
• Scholarly activity (publications, presentations, quality improvement projects)
3. Financial reporting
• Use of GME funds (salary, benefits, administrative support, educational resources)
• Matching or supplemental funds (if applicable)
• Cost per resident
• Budget justifications and year-to-date expenditures
4. Outcome metrics
• Board certification pass rates
• Graduate retention in-state or in rural and underserved areas (especially for state-funded GME)
• Placement and employment after graduation
• Resident satisfaction and evaluation results
5. Compliance and attestation
• Affirmation of compliance with federal and local GME requirements
• Attestation of use of funds solely for approved purposes
6. Annual performance or progress reports
• Annual and progress reports (template provided by department)
• May include narrative summaries, metrics, and financial reports
7. Audit readiness
• Maintain supporting documentation (e.g., payroll records, schedules, accreditation letters)
• Be prepared for periodic audits or site visits.
