Nationwide Background Reports Services

The vendor is required to provide for background reports must be assessable from an acceptable web-Based software program.
- The reports need to include the following:
• Criminal arrest records including agency reports showing disposition of arrests (convictions and dropped charges)
• Multi-state and county court records showing disposition of arrests (convictions and dropped charges)
• Court eviction records obtained nationwide wherever possible
• National sex offender registry
• National credit reports with client-controlled criteria and settings
• Ability to run reports only with name and date of birth when social security number is not available
• Ability to request background checks via emphasis elite software program.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
