The Vendor is required to provide pre-employment background screening services, and to configure, integrate, test, deploy, and support a workday human capital management (HCM) validated background screening connector that will integrate with workday HCM.
- Solution should utilize a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
- Screening include:
• Plan, install, configure, test and deploy, maintain, monitor, and support pre-employment background screening services.
• Lead requirements gathering and detailed fit-gap analysis.
• Align with best-practice business processes.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure organizational readiness.
• Develop and execute project and system quality assurance standards.
• Provide on-going project management to ensure implementation is on time, that all baseline functionality is fully functional, and that sufficient end user training has been completed.
• Follow agency agreed-upon change management and issue management processes.
• Configure security for appropriate access by users.
• Assure the implementation provides secure and reliable systems, with documentation for agency security staff, which is easy to use and maintain.
• Configure system software to enable pre-employment background screening.
• Ensure secure internet access to agency business systems and connectivity via applicable firewalls.
• If applicable, ensure system configuration is designed with foresight of using manager and employee self service capabilities.
• Create detailed test scripts for all modules implemented.
• Conduct all phases of software testing to ensure delivery of a fully functioning system including, but not limited to, unit, system, integration, stress, and parallel testing.
• Deliver end-user training to agency.
• Deliver complete and robust system administration documentation for use by agency it staff.
• Conduct disaster recovery planning, develop and deliver disaster recovery documentation, and successfully conduct testing of system failover to the disaster recovery site.
• Develop business continuity documentation for implemented business functions.
• Deliver deployment, helpdesk process, and maintenance plans.
• Transfer technical and functional knowledge via training sessions and thorough documentation methods, to all agency staff to support and maintain these systems on an on-going basis.
• Identify post-implementation support requirements and plan.
